That's right! The secret to getting that crunch... Cereal! We used cornflakes and rice crispies and they both worked AMAZINGLY!

Shallow pan fry and serve!  They come out of the pan crunchy, but the best part? THEY STAY CRUNCHY! They were every bit as crunchy 30 minutes after serving them!
