Easy Creamy Bacon & Tomato Pasta

Crispy bacon, tomatoes, garlic, cream, and Pecorino Romano make the perfect weekend pasta dinner in under 30 minutes!

Start by cooking some bacon. Once the bacon is cooked, remove from the pan and reserve some of the fat.

Sauté the garlic and smoked paprika until just fragrant, about 30 seconds or less

Add the tomatoes and simmer for a few moments. Next, add the salt, pepper, and dried oregano, then add the heavy cream. Stir to combine.

Stir in boiled pasta of your choice and 1 to 2 tbsp of reserved pasta water to help it all come together.

Sprinkle with Pecorino Romano cheese or Parmigiana and fresh basil (optional).

Serve the pasta immediately and top with more cheese and chopped bacon. Yum!
