Caesar Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt Dressing

So I know the KETO diet is super popular right now, but if you're trying to watch your FAT intake, Greek yogurt is a MUST! 

Plain low-fat Greek yogurt is almost a dead ringer for sour cream minus the fat! So using it to make fresh salad dressings, is a no brainer! 

And grilled chicken isn't the only protein in this salad... Greek yogurt has a TON of protein in it as well! 

I also whipped up the Parmesan crisps to go on top of the Caesar Salad for that added crunch factor and they are TO DIE FOR!
